My story...

I earned my Psychology degree part-time while training full-time as a trampolinist, so discipline and structure became second nature. With a Criminology minor, I moved toward specialist investigation work, but long-term casework wasn’t a healthy fit for my empathy. I chose to pivot before it hardened into a career that didn’t align with who I am.

I kept the parts I loved: interviewing discipline, behaviour analysis, and understanding what sits beneath people’s words and actions. I formalised that path with a Diploma in Behaviour Analysis & Investigative Interviewing and later added certified stress-management training so insight could turn into daily tools clients can actually use.

Today my coaching blends clear goals, honest conversation, and steady follow-through. I help busy professionals calm their nervous system, organise time and energy, and build a work-life balance that holds up under real pressures. The work is practical and paced: simple routines, small constraints, and measurable check-ins that keep progress visible.

This is grounded support for high achieving individuals who are ready to feel present, focused, and in control of their days.

How I work...

I use a structured, person-first process: define outcomes, hold sessions, and track commitments week by week. Sessions use behaviour analysis and emotional-intelligence tools to spot patterns and build simple routines for stress, time, and energy. This isn’t one-size-fits-all, coaching is personalised to the person, context, and goals. Progress stays practical and paced so it fits real life.
