Who I am

Hi, I'm Penny.

My path into this work didn’t begin with a perfect routine. It began in a dentist’s office.

I was working a stable 9 to 5 as a dental assistant. On paper, life looked fine. But inside, I felt rushed, disconnected, and strangely misaligned. I kept telling myself this was just how adulthood worked...

Eventually...

I stopped ignoring that discomfort and started listening to it. That shift led me back to something familiar, my past as an international trampolinist. I remembered what it felt like to be grounded, focused, and clear. So I rebuilt from there.

But this time, I added something I had been missing for years: emotional awareness.

Now, I help others do the same. Not by handing out rigid plans or asking them to hustle harder, but by helping them reconnect with themselves, learn what their nervous system is trying to say, and move forward in a way that actually feels like theirs.

This is real, practical support for people who are done pretending they’re fine.

What I Learnt From...

Growing Up

As an army kid, I learnt early on what friendship meant, what it's like to leave people behind and what it feels like to find a true friend. Home is not always a place.

Becoming an Athlete

Here I learnt what discipline was. The power of the mind. I learnt about physical and mental limits, setbacks, achievements. Working both individually and as part of a team.

Learning a New Language

I am an active, outdoorsy, people person - languages are not my thing! Living in another country, not being able to communicate or read the room, taught me a lot about the things I rely on.

Becoming an Entrepreneur

It was through swimming against the current that I learnt the meaning of purpose and fulfilment. Knowing you're in the right place at the right time is a beautiful feeling and one I strive for everyday.

Being Married

Oh, I am still learning! Being married has taught me the true definition of team work. Only in this sport, there's a lot more at stake and so much more to gain.

Becoming a Mother

Having suffered from hyperemesis and miscarriages, I learnt what true sacrifice meant. Becoming a mother has taught me more about myself than anything else in my life.
